I am Megan Smith, and I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years. I have worked with hundreds of women in the gym and online, and I know this: most programs were not designed with you in mind. 20 Years In The Industry. Still Here Because I Love It.

I started training women in gyms over 20 years ago, and I have never stopped. I teach Body Pump, Pilates Mat, and Reformer Pilates, I train four to five days a week myself, and I know what it actually takes to stay consistent when life is full, your body is changing, and motivation comes and goes.

What I bring to every client is not just programming knowledge. It is lived experience. I have been in the gym through every phase of life. I understand what it means to train around hormonal shifts, to rebuild after setbacks, and to show up when the last thing you feel like doing is training.

This is the complete Megan J Coaching experience. Exercise programming and food coaching, working together so you actually get results that last.

Food coaching with me is about understanding how to fuel your body in a way that works with your hormones, your lifestyle, and your goals. Not against them. We work through mindset, habit, and practical strategy together, and you have fortnightly access to our Food Coaching Zoom with the whole team for community support and education.

Your program is built. I put together your personalised training plan, ready to go on the app. Everything is tailored to your schedule, your fitness level, and your goals.

STEP 3

You check in every week. Accountability is built into the program. Not as an add-on. You hear from me regularly, and I hear from you. That is how progress actually happens.

STEP 4

Your program evolves. Every six weeks your program is reviewed and updated. Your body changes, your goals shift, and your program needs to reflect that. Nothing is ever set and forgotten.

STEP 5

You show up for the community. Fortnightly Zoom calls bring the whole group together. Mind and Muscle covers training, mindset, and whatever is relevant to where everyone is at. Food clients also join a dedicated food coaching call. This is where the community piece comes in. And it makes a real difference.

Questions You Probably Have.

How does the program get delivered?

Your program is delivered through an app, so everything is in one place. You can access your workouts, check-ins, and communication with me directly from your phone or desktop.

Do I need a gym membership?

Most of my clients train in a gym, but I can adapt your program to your equipment and environment. We talk through this when you start.

How long are the check-ins?

Check-ins are done through the app and are designed to be straightforward. You answer a few focused questions, I review and respond. It is not time-consuming. But it keeps us connected every single week.

What if I am on GLP-1 medication or have had weight loss surgery?

This is something I have specific experience with, and I take it seriously. Your training and food coaching will be adapted to support where your body actually is. Not a generic standard. We talk through everything in detail before your program starts.

Can I upgrade from Exercise Only to the Full Program?

Yes, absolutely. A lot of clients start with Exercise Only and add food coaching when they are ready. Just reach out and we will make it happen.
